Chief Executive Officer
Mohamed Ayub Amin Asain

Stated his career with Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia in their Consumer Banking Division, Fraud and Authorisation Section in 1990 until 1998. He was then seconded to their Hong Kong office to train in the project management process. During his stint in Hong Kong he was involved in setting up a Host System which similar to Malaysian system, of which enable the understanding of card payments system and related process flow.

From March 2001 he was then reassigned to Consumer Banking Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia and held the position of Senior Manager of Product and Process. He was involved in managing all process and product related matters for Card Services and Personal Loans which included the re-engineering of process and new products.

In September 2003 he was given the task to be the Head of Operation- Card Services and Customer Care Centre for RHB Bank Malaysia. One of his achievements is completing the huge backlog of work streams for Card Operations.

Before joining IPS in 2010, he was then given the task to Head of the Customer Experience and Process for Cards and Unsecured Business form 2006, concentrating on Customer Experience and Fulfillment – managing all touch points relating to services from various channels eg Call Centre, Branches, Internet Banking, Priority banking etc. He was also involved in setting up a Quality Management System for Cards and unsecured Business.

He brings with him his experience in management skills, project management in both locally and internationally, implementation and development of new system related to the cards business.
