IPS Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15 June 2006. The principal business of the company is the building and operating of a payment system network to serve the electronic banking and financial services of both domestic and global banks and financial institutions.

The operations of the payment system network are regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia under the purview of the Payment Systems Act 2003.

To provide secure and efficient payment infrastructure and related services of the world that is Syariah compliant, both domestically and globally.
